The best ways to track recovery are not about obsessing over every sensation. They help you see whether your body is tolerating your current rehab and activity level - or telling you to adjust before a small setback becomes a bigger one.

A good recovery system gives you clear information without turning rehab into a full-time job. Track a few meaningful signals, review them consistently, and use the pattern to make better decisions about exercise, training, and return to sport.

You cannot measure progress without knowing where you started. On day one, record what your injury feels and looks like during normal life, not just during a workout. Note your pain level, stiffness, swelling, range of motion, and which movements are limited.
